Shipping policy
We are working hard to ensure that your order reaches you at the earliest, as we know how excited you are!
Please note that all orders are being fulfilled locally in UAE within 1-3 working days. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, our shipping partner may be experiencing a delay with the order; you will be notified if your order will take longer than 3 working days to arrive.
Please be informed that deliveries are being processed Saturday to Thursday excluding public holidays.
Our current shipping partner is Postaplus and we will provide you with a tracking number to track your shipment. Please provide your full address at the time of placing an order to avoid any delays. Our courier may call you to reconfirm your availability and location, especially if you choose cash on delivery option.
**Note: We are offering free delivery without minimum spent for Dubai till the end of 2020. For all other Emirates a delivery charge of AED 15 will apply.
For all international deliveries outside of UAE:
Please note that any customs and other tariff fees applicable to your country are not included in the shipping price, therefore the courier will be requesting a collection of the fee once your order enters your destination. Should you have any questions regarding additional fees, we recommend you to get in touch with your local customs office.
