Refund policy

Pickles DXB was created to make you and your dog happy and we support that statement with our easy return/ exchange policy.

In case you have ordered a wrong size or your pup refuses to walk in his new accessories, don’t worry! Feel free to send us an email on maria@picklesdxb.com or call directly on +971528500156 with your concern, we are here to help you. We are a small business and we really appreciate any feedback.

We will accept items for return or exchange that are unused, hair free and in saleable condition within 7 days of purchase date. All you have to do is provide a confirmation of your order and original receipt of the purchase.

Upon receiving your return back to our warehouse, we will inspect the item and if it meets saleable condition, you will receive a refund on your original payment method. In case of an exchange, we will ship the correct size back to you right away. Please note that the shipping costs for returns/ exchanges are at the expense of the customer and will be added to the bill.

Please note that all sale items are non-refundable.

For all international refunds or exchanges outside of UAE:

We will not be able to refund any shipping or other handling charges. Should you wish to return the item, the shipping cost would be at your expense.
